Performance Intelligence

Performance built for how you’re actually wired.

Sustainable high performance has never been about copying someone else's strategy. It is about understanding precisely how you are built to operate at your best, and building everything from there.

Doctorate in sport and performance psychology. Over fifteen years studying how humans perform at the highest level. The rigor of the science, plus the precision of your individual design, working as one complete approach.

If everything looks right on paper

You are not the problem. The strategy is.

You are not someone who struggles with motivation, or discipline, or follow-through. You have always been the person who figures it out, who pushes through, who finds a way.

So you do what high performers do. You try harder. You find a better protocol. You optimize something else. And it works for a while, until it does not. Each cycle leaves you a little more depleted, and a little less certain you can trust yourself to keep up with the demands you are placing on it.

That is not a discipline problem. It is a fit problem. And no amount of trying harder, or finding a better protocol, is going to fix a strategy that was never actually built for you.

What changes

What sustainable high performance actually looks like.

You are at the top of your game, and you intend to stay there. You perform at the highest level you are capable of, and you do it with consistency, with clarity, with energy left over at the end of the day. You make decisions quickly, and you trust them. You know how to prepare for high-stakes moments in a way that actually works for you. You know when to push and when to rest, and you do not feel guilty about either.

Your ambition and your well-being are no longer in competition. The career, the performance, the life, you are not sacrificing one for the other. You are building something that compounds over time, instead of something that eventually breaks down.

That is what sustainable high performance actually looks like. And that is exactly where this work goes.

The Guide

I built this for the person the system was not built for.
I built this for you.

I know what it feels like to be inside a system that looks right on paper and still feel like something is fundamentally off. To be someone who understands the science, who has studied how humans perform at the highest level, to be implementing it, and to still hit a wall that none of that knowledge could fully explain.

As a lifelong learner, I have hired many coaches and invested thousands of dollars on programs over the last decade. I realized that I felt more broken after many of them when I would follow the lessons to a “T” and still not get the results that were promised. Or even worse, I would feel like I abandoned myself and I would be burnt out in the process. I could not figure out what was wrong with me when I was doing everything “right”. When I learned about Human Design it all made sense, because I was trying to force strategies that just weren't meant for me. The science is just starting to catch up with the personalization piece, as it used to just lay the foundation with averages. But just like me, you are not an average. You are a unique individual with your own unique way of working.

What I found on the other side of that wasn't a better protocol or a more optimized system. It was the piece the performance industry had never accounted for, that sustainable high performance requires understanding the whole person. How humans perform in general matters. How this specific person is wired to work, to rest, to decide, to recover, matters more. That's the thing that changed everything. And it's the thing I now help every client find for themselves.

Why this approach

I have a doctorate in sport and performance psychology, and I have spent over fifteen years studying how humans perform at the highest level. The research gave me a real understanding of what holds up under pressure, what the data actually supports, what separates sustained high performance from the kind that eventually breaks down.

But the longer I spent inside that world, the more one question kept surfacing. If we know what works in general, why does the same evidence-based program produce completely different results in different people? The science could describe the pattern. It could not explain the individual. That gap is where I became obsessed with finding a better answer.

That answer led me to Human Design. The science describes patterns we see across groups, and that work is real and important. The piece it cannot fully account for is the specific way each individual is wired to think, decide, focus, and operate under pressure. Human Design is what fills that gap. When I started integrating both, the work itself changed, and so did the results my clients were walking away with.

Dr. Krystal Kohlberg. Doctorate in sport and performance psychology. Fifteen years studying how humans perform at the highest level. The bridge between the science world and the spiritual world that the performance industry has been missing.

The Approach

What Performance Intelligence actually is.

The performance industry has spent decades studying what makes people perform better, and it has genuinely learned a lot. The science of focus, preparation, decision-making, pressure, this is real, rigorous, important work. But there is a question it has never been able to fully answer, which is why two people can follow the exact same evidence-based approach and get completely different results. Why one founder thrives in a fast, high-pressure environment while another stalls. Why one executive makes her best decisions in the room and another needs stillness and space to land them. The data shows it happens. The industry keeps responding by trying to find a better universal answer, instead of asking whether a universal answer is even the right thing to look for.

What the science points toward and stops short of saying is this. The missing variable has always been the individual. The general patterns we see across groups have been studied for decades. The specific way each person is wired to think, decide, focus, and operate under pressure has not. That is not something you can find in a population study. It is something you can only find by looking at the person in front of you.

Sustainable high performance was never going to come from a better protocol. It was always going to come from understanding precisely how you are built to operate, and building everything from there.

That is what Performance Intelligence is. The rigor of the science and the precision of individual design, working as one integrated lens that stays specific to the human in front of me. That is what changes the results.

From the people who have done this work

What clients say.

Working with Krystal was a really valuable experience. What stood out to me was how she blends Human Design with her background in sport and performance psychology. That combination made the information not only fascinating, but practical.

Before this session, most of my coaching experiences were focused on specific tactical steps in business. This felt different because it helped me understand how I naturally make decisions. Learning that my Human Design encourages me to trust my gut response gave me the confidence to start paying more attention to those instincts.

What I appreciated most is how accessible the process felt. The insights weren’t abstract, they were easy to integrate into everyday life and decision-making. I left the session feeling more aware of how I move through my work and life, and more intentional about aligning my decisions with how I’m naturally wired.

Tatiana Cházaro

What stood out most about working with Krystal was how collaborative the session felt. It wasn’t a presentation where someone just tells you about your chart. It felt like a real conversation. She listened, gave space for questions, and made the whole experience interactive rather than one-sided.

I was surprised about how incredibly accurate everything was. It gave me language for things I’ve experienced but didn’t always know how to explain.

The biggest mindset shift for me was realizing that I’m actually in the minority in terms of how quickly I move and make decisions. That insight helped me understand some of my past frustrations and reminded me that I need to extend grace to people who don’t operate at the same pace.

Nicole Leon Founder of L. Leon VA + Confidence Mentor

I’ve taken many personality tests and assessments in the past with other coaches, but most of them stopped at explaining my results. Working with Krystal felt very different.

She asked a lot of thoughtful questions and, rather than just presenting the results of my Human Design chart, she gave examples of how and why I may have responded a certain way in different situations throughout my life. It was almost as if she had known me for a long time, and I felt immediately comfortable talking with her.

One of the biggest shifts for me was realizing why I feel “in the flow” when working on certain tasks while others completely drain me. Instead of forcing myself to push through the things I naturally resist, I now see them as tasks to delegate or set aside for later.

Maria Piotrowski Founder, White Turtle Beauty

Krystal is extremely knowledgeable about Human Design and how it shapes our life experiences. I found her approach to be calm, inviting, and nonjudgmental.

As a complete novice, I was intrigued and awestruck by the accuracy of the results and Krystal's ability to share them along with examples I could relate to. By raising awareness of my undefined centers, I can better assess my business approach, creating efficiencies that would not have occurred without her expertise. Thank you, Krystal!

Dr. Punam V. Saxena PV Saxena Consulting, LLC

Krystal’s approach was interactive. She didn’t just explain my chart and move on. She took the time and care to really listen and understand what I was experiencing.

What stood out most was how direct she was while still being supportive and understanding. It never felt overwhelming. The insights she shared were digestible and practical, which made it easier to actually reflect on how they apply to my life and business.

The biggest mindset shift for me was understanding the Projector aspect of my design. That alone opened my eyes. Learning more about what it really means to be a Projector and how that energy operates helped me see my personality and the way I work in a much more cohesive way.

A few honest answers

Things people ask before booking.

Who is this actually for?

People who operate at a high level. Athletes, executives, founders, performers, anyone with extremely high standards for their own output, who keeps hitting the same ceiling no matter what they try. The common thread is not industry, it is the experience of doing everything “right” and still feeling like the strategy is fighting you.

Do I need to know anything about Human Design first?

No. You do not need to study it, learn the language, or know your chart before we meet. I will not be teaching you Human Design as a system. I will be teaching you your design, in your language, applied to the actual performance questions you are bringing in.

Is this coaching, a reading, or a one-off session?

The Find Your Flow Intensive is a focused, personalized deep-dive, not an open-ended coaching package and not a generic Human Design reading. You walk out with a framework you can actually use. Ongoing work is available for clients who want it after the intensive, but it is not required.

Is this therapy or psychological services?

No. I have a doctorate in sport and performance psychology, and that training informs the way I think about performance. I am not a licensed psychologist, and this work is not therapy. Find Your Flow is performance coaching, not clinical mental health care. If clinical support is what you are looking for, this is not the right fit, and I am happy to point you toward resources that are.

What if I am skeptical of Human Design?

Good. So was I, for a while. The science is the foundation, the design is the personalization layer that makes the science actually work for you specifically. You do not have to believe in anything to benefit from it. The pattern recognition either fits, or it does not, and you get to decide.

If you keep going as you are

The cost of staying the course.

Running on the wrong strategy doesn't usually announce itself. You adapt, you compensate, you keep delivering, you tell yourself you just need to get through this next stretch.

And maybe you do get through it. You usually do. But you're paying for it in a currency that's hard to see until it's gone, your clarity, your energy, your relationship with the work you used to love, the version of yourself you remember being before all of this.

You don't need me to tell you that something has to change. You already know.

If you do this work

What becomes possible.

Imagine knowing, with real precision, how you're built to work. Knowing when to push and when to back off, and trusting both equally. Making decisions from the authority that's actually yours, instead of the one you've been borrowing from someone else. Preparing for the things that matter in a way that matches how you operate, not how someone else told you to operate.

Imagine your ambition and your well-being no longer being on opposite sides of a scale. Imagine building a career that compounds instead of one that quietly breaks you down. Imagine having a filter for every new opportunity, every new strategy, every new coach or program or system, and being able to tell within about five minutes whether it's going to work for you or not.

That's what Find Your Flow gives you. Not another framework to force yourself into, but a clear and specific understanding of how you were built to operate, and the tools to build everything else around that.

Ready when you are.
